Hungry Mamas Meals is a weekly meal delivery service! Healthy, tasty meals are cooked and delivered to your door once a week. We teamed up with a nutritionist, making sure that Hungry Mamas Meals are balanced and nutrient rich. Every dish is packed with protein and minerals to replenish your stores, depleted during pregnancy. Protein is essential to repair tissue. Fatty acids are needed to increase breast milk supply. Vitamins and antioxidants are needed to improve mamas overall wellbeing. Therapeutic herbs and spices are needed to reduce inflammation and to boost milk flow. How does it work?

You order and receive 7 individual meals in one go (for example 2 soups, 2 salads and 3 hot dishes). The menu changes weekly according to what produce is seasonal and available. We make and serve your food into containers. The meals are sent using Glovo, an app you can download. Place your order before Friday at midnight and the food will be delivered after 16h the following Monday.
Make sure you clear some room in the freezer! We recommend keeping 2 or 3 meals out and freezing the rest straight away.
The first time you order pay an extra 20€ for the glass tupperware, which is yours. Get the tupperware back to us and we’ll refill them (this is to help fight the waste of single use plastic!)
